These tests are conducted for use as evidence in legal court proceedings and for personal assurance in non-legal contexts. In the U.S., numerous statutes mandate AABB (Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies) accreditation for DNA tests used in immigration and visa applications.

At OSLS, we conduct a range of DNA tests and operate as a third-party collection site for facilities accredited by the AABB. Our team of experienced collectors are dedicated to providing clients with the best possible testing experience by following strict protocols and procedures to ensure that all testing is conducted with the highest level of accuracy and care. Additionally, we provide notary services for individuals processing immigration and visa applications. We do not offer legal advice.

DOT & non-DOT Drug Testing

A critical component to commercial organizations is the ability to complete comprehensive drug testing to stay in compliance with the government. This is done by adhering to the rules and regulations set by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA). Under Federal Rules (49 CFR Part 40) all drivers and employers holding a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) are required by law to follow specific drug testing rules and procedures.
Drug testing ensures a company's Drug Free Workplace compliance. These drug testing rules govern the types of drugs drivers are tested for, when and how often the tests are administered and what facilities are able to perform DOT-approved drug tests to ensure a trucking company's Drug Free Workplace program compliance. DOT requires 5 panel drug testing.
OSLS is a qualified collection site for DOT drug specimen testing. We offer urine, hair and oral drug screenings 24 hours a day. Non-DOT testing is also offered onsite and mobile.
